Species: half-vampire. Her father's Dracula and her mother's a werewolf, apparently!
Age: 12-13 (she's in her last year of elementary in the manga, while she's in her first year of middle/junior high school in the anime—her crush is one year older in both versions)
Gender: female
Diet: Chocola can live off of blood and human food. She does not need to feed off blood as much as her full vampire father.
Skills: Chocola can transform into a (very cute) bat, she can also do some magic (but needs a spell book to follow!), she can read and write, and has some basic knowledge as she does attend night school with other children her age.
Weaknesses: crosses, garlic, and sunlight. Crosses frighten her, so she can't look directly at them. She thinks she might be able to become used to the smell of garlic someday, but at the moment, she can't bear it either. Sunlight reduces her to dust... but she can be resurrected with a spell.
Other details: Chocola is raised by her father, as he divorced her mother because she apparently wanted to raise Chocola to kill humans, whereas Dracula doesn't like to kill humans, although he needs to feed on them. They don't take very much blood, generally.
Dracula and Chocola only ever seem to drain the blood out of terrible people who have done something to deserve it, like criminals who'd hurt women and children, etc.
Most of her canon is not available in English, alas! Only about three chapters of the manga were translated. The much goofier and shorter anime has some rather clumsy and awkward subtitles for most of the episodes.
